Hooligan!!

Found this when I was browsing Bikepost the other day. It's a Panhead built by a French guy, Jean-Claude from School Bar Atelier. The design really shout the name out loud - Hooligan!! There are a lot of details on the bike, and the best goes to the fuel tank customized from a German helmet. Wonder how far can this bike go with this tiny fuel tank.
